Subgroups

Work gets done through stf subgroups

Our members work together in subgroups with SMART work plans, deliverables and time frames. Subgroup structure is reviewed annually and each subgroup is led by a member of the Seafood Task Force.

Leaders of our subgroups are representatives of Seafood Task Force member companies, NGOs and specialist advisors.

As part of our membership expectations, members are expected to join and contribute to a subgroup that aligns to their main priorities and expertise.

Each member of the board is assigned to sponsor at least one of these subgroups thus ensuring that the work efforts are given appropriate airtime during board meetings.
