Championing Worker Voice

During our Membership Meeting in September, we were delighted that Stella Maris, Labour Protection Network(LPN), Project Issara, MWRN and Oxfam (facilitating the Thai CSO Coalition for Sustainable and Ethical Seafood) all attended a bespoke module designed to provide the membership with worker voice models and mechanisms available to the membership. Over the next 12 months, the Task Force Board will be amplifying and endorsing worker voice efforts and making grievance channels a priority action standard. During the module, we also heard from one of the founder members – Marine Gold – who presented their worker voice processes including updates on current  internal and external initiatives.
