TASK FORCE GOVERNANCE IS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF CLEAR CRITERIA AND OBLIGATIONS WITHOUT LOSING SITE OF OUR OBJECTIVES AND ACTION PLANS
In April 2016 the Task Force became a legally incorporated Delaware non-profit corporation organized in the USA as a tax-exempt 501(c)(6) trade association.
A formal Membership Agreement, Bylaws, an Antitrust Compliance Policy and Member Guidelines have been approved by the Task Force Board of Directors.
Agreement requires all commercial Members to pay annual dues and the Task Force Bylaws set forth its membership criteria and governance procedures. For details of these documents, please contact the Secretariat.
A formal Board of Directors was elected by the Membership in
June ‘16 and the Board has successfully elected a Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary.
To ensure global balance, the Board is represented by US, EU and Thai entities.
